2nd Saturdays Spooktacular

Bring the kids out in costume early for a fun filled downtown event. There are businesses on State St, Jefferson Ave, Indiana Ave and Lincolnway that remain open late. The 2nd Saturday Spooktacular will also feature hay rides throughout downtown. The hay ride pick up and drop off will be located in the Herald Argus parking lot. Also in the Herald Argus parking lot will be a Spooky Car Show. Come out and see the Michiana Antique Auto Club members and friends with spooky versions of their classic cars. The hay rides are sponsored by Hensler Nursery, and 2nd Saturdays have been supported by downtown businesses, LaPorte Savings Bank, the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, the LaPorte Urban Enterprise Association, the LaPorte County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Handel Design and Hawkins Printing. This 2nd Saturday is the last of the series, and will return June 8, 2013.
