History comes alive at the Door Village Harvest Festival, celebrating the period between 1830 to 1930!  Entertainment, tours, demonstrations, food and crafts. Visit Grandpa’s barnyard and Grandma’s parlor. Re-live Door Village in 1831 and enjoy 1860 vintage baseball, also antique auto and truck show.

25th Annual Scarecrow Festival, Sept 27, 28, 29, 2019 in Wanatah on US Hwy 30 and 421. Crafts, scarecrow sculpting, cutest baby contest, queen contest, parade, races, 3 on 3 tourney, car show, entertainment, food vendors and meals. Fun for the entire family. Brought to you by the Wanatah Chamber of Commerce.

Over 5 million individual bulbs light up a variety of holiday and traditional displays that are truly a sight to behold! It is the largest free drive-through light exhibit in the Midwest. This has been an annual event for over 20 years at Washington Park.
